In this guide, we’ll explore how you can locate a Moisture Sealed Cave in Dune Awakening. Find out why these caves are important.
Dune Awakening’s map has several different types of locations, each with their own purpose, challenges, and loot. One of these is the Moisture Sealed Caves. After you complete the First Trial of Aql, you will get a quest that requires you to collect EMF Generators and Micro-Sandwich Fibers. Both of these items are available inside Moisture Sealed Caves.
However, finding one can prove difficult, especially since the game doesn’t provide any quest markers during this portion of the mission. So, in this guide, we’ll explain how you can locate a Moisture Sealed Cave in Dune Awakening.
Where To Find Moisture Sealed Cave in Dune Awakening?
The easiest way to locate these caves is to open up the in-game map. The orange cave markers on your maps are all Moisture Sealed Caves. For the quest right after the First Trial of Aql, you can find a couple of these caves in close proximity to where you are. One of these caves is southwest of the trial location, while the other is south of the trial.

What Do You Find Inside a Moisture Sealed Cave in Dune Awakening?
You will need to cut through the seal at the entrance of each Moisture Sealed Cave. Inside, you’ll find a group of Scavengers who you’ll need to take down. Then search through each cave for chests to recover the 6x Micro-Sandwich Fiber and 1x EMF Generator to complete the quest.
You might need to visit both of the Moisture Sealed Caves to recover the required number of these ingredients. However, keep in mind that cutting through the seals at the entrance of the caves will immediately give you 2x Micro-Sandwich Fiber. So, make sure to cut through seals at both entrances to get more of these items.
Check each cave thoroughly because there are often several chests that may be hidden from plain sight. Whenever you spot a bluish neon tint, you will know that it’s a chest that you can loot.
