Jasmium Crystals grow in the Sheol region, within the radiating springs in Dune Awakening. Out of all the resources, Jasmium Crystals are one of the most important in the game. These crystals will help you craft a lot of mid- to late-game vehicles, equipment, and so on.

Getting Jasmium Crystals in Dune Awakening

You can find Jasmium Crystals in the Sheol region, located in the southwest part of the map. To find the crystals, a good visual indicator is a big rock surrounded by a body of water. Jasmium Crystals are normally used for late-game materials and are essential to Dune Awakening’s progression system. You can fuse the crystals with aluminum ingots to create Duraluminum ingots. Duraluminum is used in the creation of several vehicles and other components, much needed through the mid-to-late section of the game. But reaching there to mine the Jasmium Crystals requires some equipment first.

First, a vehicle to reach the Sheol region is a must, as it is pretty far from the Hagga Basin (the main hub area of the game.) Then, you will need a “Radiation Suit Mk4” for surviving the radiation of the biome and an “Industrial Cutteray Mk4” to mine the ore. The radiation suit helps you negate 90% of the radiation, and the cutter will help you mine the crystals. Without these, you will not be able to mine the resource properly.

The Sheol region is currently the only source of Jasmium Crystals. So, instead of just taking your Sandbike, an Ornithopter or Buggy is recommended. You can easily mine a lot of the crystals in one trip to upgrade or craft better equipment.

Usage of Jasmium Crystals in Dune Awakening

Your Jasmium Crystals can then be refined using a medium ore refinery to create Duraluminum ingots. However, you need to have a good chunk of Aluminum as well. The Duraluminum ingots are used for creating M-tier weapons and most of your endgame content. So, mining Jasmium Crystal will become a daily task later on. A medium ore refinery is a base requirement for creating Duraluminum. This refinery will help you fuse Aluminum and Jasmium crystals and create the ingot.
