Lost Soul Aside is a hack-and-slash style action game where you take on the role of Kaser. You and your sister, Louisa, are war orphans who joined the rebel group Glimmer. The group opposes the oppressive rule of the Empire. However, things take an especially grim turn when otherworldly invaders from another dimension arrive. Known as Voidrax, these creatures’ sole purpose is to drain the souls from other species. As always, it’s up to you, the hero, to save the world and your sister from the brink of destruction.
The game will feature fast-paced combat, and Kaser will have a dragon-like ally, named Arena, accompanying him for most of the journey. You can unlock new abilities and skills for Arena, which will enable you to deal more damage during combat. Or, you might rely on Arna to generate shields when your health is dangerously low. Besides that, you will be able to arm yourself with a wide range of melee weapons, such as greatswords, swords, scythes, poleblades, and more.
