Lost Soul Aside, the upcoming action-adventure game from Chinese developer Ultizero Games, is coming out in just a few months. The game is scheduled to be released on May 30, 2025, as a PlayStation console exclusive. The console exclusivity is understandable, considering the title is published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. However, much like last year’s mega-hit, Black Myth Wukong, Lost Soul Aside is also coming to PC on the same day as the PS5 version.

Furthermore, the game is currently available for pre-order on both the PlayStation Store and Steam, complete with exclusive pre-purchase bonuses. In addition to the pre-order details, Ultizero Games has also revealed the official PC system requirements for their upcoming title.

Surprisingly enough, Lost Soul Aside is fairly light on PC specifications. Here’s everything you need to know about the official PC system requirements for Lost Soul Aside, including its file size and more.

Lost Soul Aside is built using Unreal Engine 4, which should come as a surprise to many, considering the game’s “current-gen-only” nature. Furthermore, the game seems to employ both software and hardware ray-tracing support, judging from the official specifications list. The minimum GPU for Lost Soul Aside is a GTX 1060, which doesn’t support hardware ray-tracing. This means the game employs a software-based solution for its lighting and global illumination

On the other hand, the game’s gameplay trailers and marketing have showcased plenty of instances where ray tracing has been used. This is further cemented by the fact that the game’s recommended GPU is an RTX 2060 equivalent.

In terms of CPU, the game requires a Ryzen 5 3600 equivalent, which falls in line with the PlayStation 5’s CPU. Here’s a look at the official PC system requirements for Lost Soul Aside:

Minimum

  • OS: 64-bit Windows 10 / Windows 11
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-10400 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM

Lost Soul Aside File Size

According to the game’s official PC system requirements, Lost Soul Aside requires roughly 80 GB of storage. Furthermore, as is the case with most current-gen PC titles, developer Ultizero Games recommends installing the game on an SSD. The 80 GB file size isn’t surprising, considering most Unreal Engine games usually require quite a bit of storage space. For reference, Black Myth Wukong, despite being fairly linear, took up to 130 GB of storage on PC and PS5.
