How To Enable God Mode in Hades 2
The button to enable God Mode in the game is in Options, where you can switch it on and off at any point in the game. Here’s how to do so:
- Go to Options.
- Select the Gameplay Tab.
- Enable God Mode, which is the first option in the settings.
As mentioned before, it makes the game easier to defeat by giving you a certain amount of damage reduction. It starts at 20% and increases by 2% every time you die, while capping at 80%. Additionally, you can control the amount of damage you reduce with a slider that appears after capping the damage reduction.
Note that this only reduces how much damage Melinoe takes from enemies. In other words, enabling God Mode does not increase the damage you do to enemies. You still have to rely on good builds and synergising boons to obtain high damage numbers.

If you wish to enjoy the story without worrying about the difficulty, then yes, you should use God Mode in Hades 2.
