Ghost of Yotei Inheritance Trophy: How To Complete

You will need to complete every trophy in Ghost of Yotei to collect the Platinum, which includes the Inheritance trophy as well. This trophy is one you can acquire as soon as you get to Mount Yotei, which is fairly early on in the game.

Ghost of Yotei Inheritance Trophy: Requirements

The description for this trophy is quite straightforward and indicative of what you need to do, and where you need to go. You will need to collect two charms for the purpose of this trophy. Both of these charms will be found together, at the top of Mount Yotei. These are:

• Mother’s Charm – Increases arrow damage by a minor amount.
• Father’s Charm – Perfect Parries provide a minor amount of health.

So, you better prepare accordingly, and be ready for a long climb.

How To Get Mother’s Charm and Father’s Charm in Ghost of Yotei

As defined in the trophy description, you will need to make your way to the top of Mount Yotei. This is a difficult journey, filled with gaps and valleys where Atsu could fall to her death. You will need to grab the ledges and use your grappling hook to slowly but surely make your way to the top.

A simple way to get to the top is to keep going through the torii gates. These structures will mark the start of the path to Mt. Yotei and be present throughout your climb to the top. This way, you will never get lost. Once you reach the top, you will find a shrine spot. Bow in front of this shrine, and you will get both the charms together.

Out of these, the Father’s Charm is one you will likely want to equip if you are good at Perfect Parries. Although if you are still a beginner or have not yet mastered Perfect Parries, you might want to equip the Mother’s Charm instead to dispatch enemies from a range. Once you acquire both the charms in Ghost of Yotei, you will receive the notification for the Inheritance Trophy as well.

However, even if you get these charms, do not leave the mountain immediately. There are many other items and techniques to be found all across Mt. Yotei.
