How To Begin the Soma The Condemned Bounty in Ghost of Yotei

Talk to Kojiro (Source: Sony Interactive Entertainment)

You begin the Soma The Condemned bounty by talking to Kojiro near the Yotei’s Shadow Inn in Yotei Grasslands. But before you can do so, you need to complete a series of bounties. Once you’re done with a good chunk of them, head and talk to Kojiro, and he’ll tell you of a dangerous bounty he wants you to take on.

When you inquire who the bounty is on, he’ll declare that the target is a ruthless murderer of men, women, and children. Since the bounty is dangerous, Kojiro will entice you further by offering the bounty’s armor as a bonus. Listen to the tale, and once it’s done, your hunt begins.

Where To Find Soma The Condemned in Ghost of Yotei

Soma The Condemned was last seen in a cavern west of Lake Jozan. Head to the cavern and you’ll find Saito Outlaws who’re out for Soma as well. Defeat them and proceed into the cavern. The cavern door is locked, but you can gain access by playing the “Song of Soma” on your musical instrument.

The path through the cavern is straightforward. Head straight till you reach a dead end. Once you do, look to your right and you’ll find a small gap. Crawl through the gap to find the path forward, and proceed ahead till you reach a wooden gate. Break through the gate, and you’ll find Soma in the middle of a cave.

How To Beat Soma The Condemned in Ghost of Yotei

Once you find Soma, he’ll threaten to kill you, albeit very politely. This will kick off a boss fight duel where you need to emerge victorious. As soon as the fight begins, take on the offense right away to eat 20 percent of his HP. He’ll then go into a clash, spouting some creepy dialogue at you. As soon as he finishes with his retort, go into the offence again to take away more of his HP.

After another clash, Soma will then go on the offensive. He often uses a downward slash, indicated by an orange glow, so be ready for that. Deal with this, and spam your attack to defeat him.
