In Ghost of Yotei, the Dual Katana is the best weapon that Atsu (and the player) can use (with some caveats). Unlike Jin Sakai’s weapon stances, Atsu has access to five primary weapons over the course of the game (along with several other secondary weapons). She unlocks/learns these weapons from different masters/NPCs in Ezo.
