They are split into major and minor charms, each of which provides buffs to different categories such as increased damage, maximum health, chance to terrify, and more. 1. Charm of Futsunushi

This is one of the best charms for beginners or veterans because it increases the input timing for executing a Parry, Perfect Parry, or a Perfect Dodge.

Many other armor set benefits revolve around these mechanics, making this Charm invaluable. As a bonus, it helps you execute these mechanics much more easily as a beginner and enjoy the combat system more.

2. Charm of Fearful End

This is undoubtedly one of the better stealth Charms you can grab in the game. This Charm (at the maximum level) has a major chance to terrify nearby enemies upon performing an assassination. Once they are terrified, they fall down, letting you get a free kill.

This is great for taking on groups, especially paired with Chain Assassinations. You have to complete the Shogun of the North quest, and then grab it from an Onryo Gift altar.

3. Charm of Enduring Resolve

If you are a fan of using skills that consume Spirit, then this Charm will surely be the one to equip. Every time you use a skill that consumes Spirit, this Charm has a chance to refund it.

This is helpful in almost any situation, as with good luck, you can spam these moves. Moreover, at the maximum level, it has a Major chance to refund Spirit.

4. Charm of Hachiman

This Charm is great if you like to open up your combat encounters with a Standoff. You might have already gotten the Standoff Streak upgrades to increase the number of kills possible. However, this Charm stacks with those upgrades and adds another kill to that tally. You will reduce enemy encounters by a lot while using charm.

5. Charm of Kibitsuhiko

If you are using your bow a lot, then this Charm is the prime choice for you. Landing headshots will increase your Concentration gauge. This means that you can dispatch large groups of enemies with your bow alone if you are a good shot.

However, if you upgrade it to level three and beyond, it gains the ability to also regain health after executing a Perfect Parry.

8. Charm of True Aim

You want to shoot enemies, but are tired of aiming at them? Then this is the perfect charm for you. The Charm of True Aim eliminates the need for aiming and instead does the hard work for you. On top of that, it makes the projectiles deal massive damage as well.

The only downside that could arise is that you cannot select your targets yourself. Instead, you have to rely on the auto-targeting mechanic to get the right enemy you were hoping for.

9. Charm of Kanayago

Collecting resources across the world is going to be a continuous part of your gameplay loop. Defeated enemies drop materials; you find them in crates or just lying around. Regardless, this Charm will be a great addition to just have on any build.
