Atsu is 28 years old in Ghost of Yotei, as mentioned earlier. In the official Ghost of Yotei cosplay guide by PlayStation, the introduction section says the following:
“At a mere 12 years of age, Atsu lost her family to the ruthless Yotei Six outlaws and their leader, Lord Saito.”
We know that Atsu returns to Ezo after 16 years to exact her revenge. This is also noted in the second paragraph of the introduction on the same cosplay guide:
“Sixteen years later, she returns to Ezo on the heels of the Yotei Six outlaw known as the Snake.”
Combining the two, Atsu’s age is 28 years during the events of Ghost of Yotei, according to the official documents. This also confirms that Jubei, or Lord Kitamori of the Matsumae clan’s age is lesser than 28 years old. Although the game does not tell us Jubei’s exact age, he was definitely younger than Atsu when their family was massacred. In all likelihood, he was around 10 years during the Night of the Burning Tree. Hence, Jubei is likely around 26 years old during the events of Ghost of Yotei.
