To pick up flowers, you can approach them and press the right trigger on your DualSense controller. There is a good chance you can find more of these near merchants themselves. Look around in vases and pots to get a good supply. Other ways include scaling tall mountains, and you can spot some by their lonesome waiting to be picked up.

With enough flowers, you can seek out the services and wares of the various Dye Merchants around Ezo. Atsu can buy different color variants of armor, saddles for her horse, and other cosmetic items.
