How to Get Kurwin’s Cauteriser in BG3? Explained
To get Kurwin’s Cauteriser in Baldur’s Gate 3 you need to advance into Act 3 and make your way into the Lower City graveyard, find Kurwin’s grave, dig it up, and deal with the kobold inside. The Graveyard is to the center north of the city, not very far to the northwest of the Basilisk Gate waypoint.
Within the Graveyard you are looking for a Dirt Mound next to the center stairs on the southern side. Use your shovel to dig the mound up and Bugthimble the kobold will appear. The conversation with him can be tricky, and you can get Kurwin’s Cauteriser in a couple of different ways.

- Option 1:
- Use the Intimidation (18 DC) option that mentions Nine-Fingers.
