Dragon Age: The Veilguard, the upcoming action RPG from Bioware, is easily one of the most anticipated games of 2024. The game is due for release on October 31, 2024, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. And with the game’s looming release date, Dragon Age: The Veilguard’s official list of voice actors has been revealed. While the list includes names like Erica Ishi and Jessica Clark, who are new to the Dragon Age franchise, there are also a few returning actors like Brian Bloom, Ike Amadi, and Gareth-David Lloyd. Furthermore, other notable VAs are also lending their voice to the game, such as Cyberpunk 2077’s Alex Jordan and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth’s Matthew Mercer.
As is the case with any Bioware game, the story and characters are the backbone of Dragon Age: The Veilguard. To make sure the characters and their dialogue feel as authentic as possible, Bioware hired some of the best VA talent in the industry. Dragon Age: The Veilguard Voice Actors for the Rook (the Protagonist)
In Dragon Age: The Veilguard, players take control of the unnamed Rook. The Rook can be fully customized, from various body types to different voices. There are four different voices for players to choose for Rook – two with American English and the other two with British accents. Here’s a list of all the voice actors for the Rook in Dragon Age: The Veilguard:
American voices
- Jeff Berg (Male Rook): Past work – Battlefield 1 (DICE, EA) and NCIS.
- Erika Ishii (Female Rook): Past work – Apex Legends (Valkyrie) and Destiny 2. Erika also voices the protagonist Atsu of the upcoming PlayStation exclusive – Ghost of Yotei.
British voices
