Avowed’s massive world is filled with secret items to uncover, but no secret item seems as intriguing as the various Totem Fragments that are scattered about. These Totem Fragments are available in plenty across the various regions, and when collected, combine together to form God Totems. These God Totems then grant special powers that make running through the game an absolute joy.
The Totem of Rightful Rulership mission is one such quest tied to the Totem Fragments. This mission sees you hunting for the seven Totems of Rightful Rulership across the Dawnshore region. Totem of Rightful Rulership Fragment Walkthrough
Fragment of Scales
As stated earlier, the Totem of Rightful Rulership mission requires you to find seven Totem fragments across Dawnshore. You begin this quest by finding any one of the seven fragments, after which the quest is added to your log. The quest then asks you to find clues to the locations of the other fragments, which you can do so by purchasing the “Fragment of Scales” document from Sanza’s Emporium in Paradis. The document has seven riddles, each detailing the location of the seven Totems.
Totem Fragment Locations
These riddles can be tough to solve if you’re not too familiar with the map and its geography, so we have detailed the locations below:

| Broken Crown Jewel | This Totem Fragment is in Sanza’s Emporium itself. Pass the door leading to Paradis Hightown, west of the Market District. Continue straight down and enter Sanza’s Emporium on your right. Go to the room behind the counter to find the Totem Fragment. |
| Golden Scale of Order | Head to the Pargrun Cache, east of the Strangleroot and beside the stream. You enter the Pargrun Cache by detonating barrels beside a wall at the bottom of the area to reveal a room. Enter the room and parkour up the scaffolding. Continue on upwards till you reach the Pargrun Cache. Enter the Pargrun Cache from the left, and use the scaffolding to ascend further. Parkour across the planks and onto the cliff to find the Totem Fragment in a bird’s nest. |
| Golden Scale of Justice | Go to the Pearl District in Paradis, and go north around the street to the Apothecary’s Shop. Climb the ledge right before the shop, take a left, and follow till you reach a scaffolding. Climb up and jump across the large gap to the building ahead. Walk around the building and jump down to the balcony below. Enter the building, continue down the path, and take the ladder leading below. You will find the Totem Fragment guarded by Phantoms here. |
| Golden Plaque of Oaths | The Totem is east of Paradis, by the Usher’s Hand. Enter the Usher’s Hand from the east and continue forward till you reach the water. Jump into the water and swim under to reach another platform. You will find the Totem Fragment here. |
| Golden Plaque of Promises | Spawn at the Claviger’s Landing waypoint, and head forward north towards the shack ahead. Right before the shack, you will see a few barrels stuck up against the wall. Climb the barrels and vault over the fence to reach the other side. Follow the path straight to the Lighthouse. Climb the Lighthouse using the scaffolding along its walls. On your way up, you will come across a broken wall leading into the Lighthouse, with the Totem Fragment on the stairs. |
| Golden Flames | The Totem Fragment is on the Castol’s Folly island, southeast of Paradis. At the center of the island, you will find a broken tower at a junction that splits two ways. Take left and follow the path along the cliff to find the Totem Fragment. |
