Refer to a list of all the alcoholic beverages in Baldur’s Gate 3 that add the Drunk condition and trigger bonuses under certain conditions.

There is a vast array of drinks in Baldur’s Gate 3 that get characters drunk upon being consumed. The Drunk or Alcohol condition is usually considered a debuff, applying Disadvantage on Dexterity and Charisma checks for two turns. However, for Way of the Drunken Master Monks and characters equipped with certain gear, the same effect can provide various bonuses.
Added in Patch 8 of the game, Drunken Masters can chug any alcoholic beverage in their inventory to replenish half of their maximum Ki once per Long Rest. Equipping the Amulet of the Drunkard, Punch-Drunk Bastard, and the Drunken Cloth will grant healing and damaging bonuses when drunk. Therefore, players who use such items and tactics need to stock up on all the items that can apply the Drunk condition.
All Alcoholic Drinks in Baldur’s Gate 3

Every alcoholic beverage in Baldur’s Gate 3 applies Drunk and has the same functionality when it comes to tactical uses. Drinking them as a bonus action applies the Drunk condition for two turns. Throwing them will create a flammable surface. All drinks are of common rarity and weigh 0.2 kg (0.4 lb).
Players can find alcoholic drinks while exploring regions and looting enemies. They can also purchase them from traders at bars and inns in Act 3. Most bottles of liquor have a low price, ranging between one and fifty gold pieces. The only real difference between their value to the party is how many units of camp supplies they are worth. While some alcohol bottles may have the same name, their appearance and costs can vary. This commonly occurs with Wine and Carafe of Wine.
