SS Rajamouli Quest and Location in Death Stranding 2 Explained
SS Rajamouli shares a screen space in Death Stranding 2 in two different quests. The first one introduces the filmmaker as The Dowser’s Friend during Episode 6. In Order 21, you are tasked with rescuing Dowser’s Friend, who has been captured by Armed Survivalists while he was out in the mountains. After successfully rescuing The Dowser’s Friend (SS Rajamouli), make the delivery to The Dowser to complete the mission.
Later, as you progress through the story, you are tasked with delivering the meteorite to The Adventurer. Upon reaching The Adventurer’s base, you meet The Adventurer’s son, who appears with a glitched appearance. He gives you Order 37, which involves finding his father, The Adventurer. Once you spot The Adventurer in the snowy mountains, it is revealed that he is, in fact, SS Rajamouli.
Additionally, a dialogue reference also hints at your earlier encounter where Sam has already saved him as The Dowser’s Friend. After completing the delivery to The Adventurer’s base and connecting it to the Chiral Network, it is revealed that the Adventurer’s Son is actually SS Karthikeya. He mentions that his dad loves adventures and often wanders out in the wild—hence he got the name ‘The Adventurer’.
