PvE Harsh Language God Roll
The best perks for the Harsh Language PVE God Roll are Quick Launch, High-Velocity Rounds, Envious Assassin, and Destabilizing Rounds. Since these provide important stats, utility, and damage for the weapon.

Similarly to PVE, we are going with Quick Launch, High-Velocity Rounds, Handling masterwork, and Quick Access Sling mod to boost our handling with the weapon. High handling allows us to swap to and from the weapon insanely fast allowing us to finish an enemy by quick swapping to a primary. Envious Assassin and Disruption Break can reload the weapon for us by getting kills with other weapons or by breaking a combatant’s shield.
Wave frame grenade launchers are a niche special weapon in PVP due to their inability to one-shot opposing guardians. However, they are great for dealing area-of-effect damage and swapping to another weapon to finish off any enemies. They do require a little bit of skill to use but in the right hands, Harsh Language could be a potent tool in the Crucible.
