Veleda-F is a void aggressive frame sniper rifle introduced into the world loot pool during Episode: Revenant. Sniper rifles are a favorite weapon for long-range engagements in PvE and PvP. Aggressive frame variants tend to be less favored than other archetypes due to their slower fire rate and low magazine size. The Valeda-F can be enhanced, granting it access to enhanced perks in Columns 3 and 4. In this guide, we will discuss the PvE and PvP god rolls and how to get the Valeda-F sniper rifle.

You obtain the Veleda-F from any Legendary engram source, Banshee-44, or from Legendary Lost Sectors. Legendary Lost Sectors rotate daily and the available weapons also rotate with them. As a world drop weapon, the Valeda-F can be awarded from any reward source that does not pull from any direct playlist loot pool.
What Is the Veleda-F God Roll in Destiny 2?
A god roll is the best combination of perks and masterwork that a weapon can get. God rolls are often sought after as they are considered the ultimate drop of that weapon and the most effective roll used in most content. In most situations, there are two god rolls for any gun, a roll for PvE and one for PvP. As it lacks the more common PvE reload perks, the Veleda-F fits better with a god roll that supports the fireteam. Its not a particularly great frame for PvP but does have a pretty great PvP roll.
PvE Veleda-F God Roll
The best perks for the Veleda-F PvE God Roll are Fluted Barrel, Appended Mag, Deconstruct, and Withering Gaze. These provide important stats, utility, and damage for the weapon.

PvE Breakdown
As an aggressive frame sniper rifle, the Veleda-F falls into a weird spot for PvE. It does the most damage per shot, but its slow fire rate and smaller magazine make it less ideal for damage-dealing situations. Fluted Barrel will help with its slower handling, which is imperative because of the abysmal draw time of the weapon. Appended Mag and a Backup Mag are also essential to get the magazine size up to a point of not being completely worthless.
The Veleda-F lacks any great reload perks that would make it a decent damage weapon, so this god roll will instead focus on a support option. Deconstruct is the best reload perk here, but it is not very efficient. Since we are going for a more support role with our weapon, Withering Gaze will weaken a target if you aim down sites for a second before firing. Its a decent little support ability and is the only thing that makes this sniper rifle worth using in PvE. You can substitute it for Firing Line if you want a more damaged focused option, but then you are honestly better off using another weapon.

PvP Veleda-F God Roll
The best perks for the Veleda-F PvP God Roll are Corkscrew Rifling, Steady Rounds, Lone Wolf, and Closing Time. These provide important stats, utility, and damage for the weapon.

PvP Breakdown
Sniper Rifles are favored by a lot of PvP players due to their ability to one shot at far ranges. This does require precision shots so a bit of skill is required. To help with that we want to get our stats up as much as possible. Since we can basically max out our range with our main perks on the Veleda-F, we can opt to take other perks other than the normal range increasing ones. Corkscrew Rifling, Steady Rounds, and a Handling masterwork will get all of our stats up to powerful levels.
The Veleda-F has the two powerful perks that have taken the PvP landscape by storm in Episode Revenant, so its no surprise to see them here. Lone Wolf will grant some really high stat boost, especially when you aren’t near any fire team members. This will stack on top of the low ammo count bonuses that Closing Time grants. With both of these perks activated, the accuracy and range of the weapon are all but maxed and make getting those perfect headshots so much easier.
