- x2 Pincushioned Doll: This item is obtained from The Beast in the Ice.

Echo of Andariel Boss Guide

This boss can attack using all elements, so maxing out resistance for each element is recommended. Just like every other boss, it also has a stagger bar. Fill this bar to stun the boss momentarily and attack without any worries. However, when she gets up, be careful of the following abilities:
- Poison Nova: Andariel throws a bunch of poison projectiles with the help of a poison orb. Dodge this attack, as multiple hits can cause heavy damage.
- Blowing Circles: This attack creates circles on the ground that explode after some time. Being hit by one of these can cause a chain reaction, so avoid them at any cost.
- Lightning Bolts: Sometimes there will be lightning bolts roaming the boss arena in a counter-clockwise direction. This attack is easier to dodge and does not do any major damage.
- Effigies of Anguish: During the fight, Andariel sometimes vanishes and spawns 3 Effigies of Anguish. These statues do not attack, but you have to destroy them to continue the fight. However, when destroying them, be careful of Blood Beams attacking from the sides.
- Phantoms: Andariel can summon phantoms, which can self-explode when in close range. Use ranged attacks to deal with these enemies.
- Dust Storm: This attack engulfs some part of the arena that limits the battlefield and deals damage over time.
Echo of Andariel can be a hard boss, as she can use multiple elements during the fight. Just make sure to increase resistance and dodge heavy attacks to win this fight.
