Waiting to catch whales in Fisch? Gamers shall wait no more as the Whale Migration Event is now in Fisch. New whale species have been added to the game and can be caught by using the right equipment. Let’s see where gamers can find the Moby and Blue Whale and how to catch them easily.
How To Catch Moby and Blue Whale
The Whale Migration event lasts for only 15 minutes and is the only time where gamers can catch various species of whales. Gamers have a decent chance of catching the Blue whale since its spawn rate is around the 20% mark. However, gamers may need to spend some time before catching the Moby whale, considering its spawn rate is only 5%.
Gamers need to travel to the Ancient Isles and search for blue lines. The blue lines symbolize the Whale Migration Event where the new whales can be found. Players will have to equip a GPS in order to navigate properly and head towards the starting point. Gamers should note that they will have only 15 minutes to reach the starting point and catch the whales, so they should move pretty quickly.
After reaching the starting point, gamers need to catch all five whales before they reach the end. Carrying Tempest and Smokescreen Totems is suggested since rainy weather is required for the Whale Migration event. The best baits for whales are shrimps; using the Heaven’s Rod can increase the chances of gamers catching both the Moby and Blue whale.
The Blue whale is valued around 21500 C$ in Fisch, while the Moby whale costs around 54,375 C$. Both whales are incredibly valuable in the game and are currently quite rare in the market.
