Dune Awakening has a pretty open class system, allowing players to pursue training in all five classes, regardless of the class they chose during character creation. Bene Gesserit is one of the classes available to players, with their own unique abilities and skills to unlock.

If you started as a Bene Gesserit, you’ll have the associated skill tree unlocked from the beginning. However, for others, they’ll need to find the basic trainer for the class to unlock the tree. As you progress through the skill tree, you’ll reach a point where the high-levels skills will remain locked. To unlock these, you’ll need to contact the advanced trainer for Bene Gesserit and complete a few tasks for them.

One of these is the Sacred Records quest in Dune Awakening. This mission involves a couple of locations in search of Fremen records and returning them to the advanced Bene Gesserit trainer. In this guide, we’ll explore how you can start and finish this particular quest in the game.

How To Begin the Sacred Records Quest in Dune Awakening

You will need to talk to Jocasta Cleo, the advanced Bene Gesserit trainer, to begin this quest. If you don’t know where she is, you’ll need to travel to Harko Village to meet up with her. You can reach Harko Village by flying there using an Ornithopter if you have one. Or, you can pay 2500 Solari at a trade post to fast travel to the hub location. We recommend the former option, as that’ll save you a lot of Solari in the game.

Also, the quest itself will require you to travel from one region to another several times, and the Ornithopter will be highly advantageous here. Speaking with Jocasta will set the quest in motion. She’ll basically send you out to fetch a couple of Fremen records from the Vermillius Gap and the Eastern Shield Wall regions.

How To Complete the Sacred Records Quest in Dune Awakening

You will need to head to two different locations to collect the necessary records. The first location is the Suk Alusus black market in the Vermillius Gap region, and the second one is at the Stone Sentinel in the Eastern Shield Wall.

This particular black market is right at the base of Mirzabah’s Hammer in the region. You’ll have to clear out several bandits here and then head for an entrance that leads inside the rock formation. There are several more enemies inside, so make sure you’re ready for a fight. Then, pick up the ID badge from the first floor. Don’t follow the quest marker here, but instead head to the market area. Go through the door blocked by a pentashield in this area and head upstairs. In the room above, you will find an urn with the Fremen records inside.

The Stone Sentinel in Eastern Shield Wall

Next, head to the towering Stone Sentinel in the Eastern Shield Wall region. The record you need is right at the top of this structure. You won’t be able to get there on an Ornithopter, since it’s just too high. Instead, you’ll need to carefully climb the statue using suspension belts and the Shigawire Claw (if you have points invested in the Trooper class). Once you reach the top, you can find a chest with a unique schematic. Also, on a wall lit up by a red glowing light, you will find the second Fremen record.

Return with both the records to Jocasta Cleo to complete this quest. As a reward, you will get some XP and you will successfully unlock the tier 2 skills for the Bene Gesserit tree.
