The Atmospheric Filtered Fabric is found in the Deep Desert region of the game. This is an endgame PvP region, meant for the most hardened of veterans. To get here, you need to journey to the Western/Eastern Shield Wall and then continue north till you see a blue barrier. Pass through this barrier, and the game will take you to the World Map. Here, you can select the Deep Desert as your destination.
Once you spawn into the Deep Desert, keep heading northeast till you stumble across the Unrecovered Shipwreck. Clear out the shipwreck, and continue in deep till you come to the conference room. Proceed towards the glowing globe hologram, and you’ll find a chest nearby. Loot this container to obtain the Atmospheric Filtered Fabric.
