As is the case with anything worth obtaining in Dune Awakening, the Off-World Medical Supplies are found in the Deep Desert area in Dune Awakening. This is an endgame PvP area, so you need to tread with caution.
In order to travel to the Deep Desert, you need to travel to the Western/Eastern Shield Wall. Once here, keep heading north toward the edge of the map till you see a blue barrier. Cross the blue barrier, and the game will then take you to the World Map, where you can select the Deep Desert as your destination.
Once in the desert, keep flying towards the center till you see a trail of smoke cutting through the sky. Follow this trail, and you will discover a shipwreck. Land beside the ship and climb its hull. Open the ship’s hatch using a Cutteray, and you will find the Improved Holtzman Actuator within.
