You can find the Thermo-Responsive Ray Amplifier in the Deep Desert region of Dune Awakening. This is an endgame area meant for the most hardened veterans indulging in PvP. To get here, you first need to travel to the Western or Eastern Shield Wall. Enter the Shield Wall regions and push north toward the edge of the map. You’ll then find a blue barrier, which you can cross to reach the World Map and, subsequently, the Deep Desert.
Once you’re in the Deep Desert, head to sector F-5, where you will find an Unrecovered Shipwreck. There are multiple such shipwrecks across the sectors of the Deep Desert. Enter any of these shipwrecks and loot the containers within to obtain the item.
