Carrying essential items in Fields of Mistria can help you through some enemy attacks in the Mines. With the player’s Backpack, you can carry multiple items that can help you with foraging materials.

However, as you progress through the game, your Backpack will fall short of storage as you gather new and prominent items to help your journey. Here’s now how you can upgrade your Backpack in Fields of Mistria and carry more items.

How To Upgrade Backpack in Fields of Mistria?

Unfortunately, the only method to upgrade your Backpack is to purchase the Bag Upgrade from the general store. The upgraded bag costs 1,000 Tesserae which is a hefty amount even for the long-time players.

You can locate the general store in the northeast of Mistria from the town center. If you’re in the initial phases of the game, 1,000 Tesserae can be achieved fast if you follow the right measures. To do so, completing Story Quests, upgrading buildings, and especially completing NPC requests can reward you with a large amount of Tesserae.

After you make the purchase, the upgraded Backpack will add an additional 10 slots to your inventory. With this, you can now carry more essential items and equipment to help you in the Mines or anywhere you face enemies.

Earning Tesserae Fast

Earning Tesserae can be a pain. However, the easiest way to earn money in Fields of Mistria is to grow and sell vegetables in the Shipping Bin. Additionally, you can always go and search in the Mines for rare artifacts and items that can fetch a good price.

Additionally, you can go look for the Diving Spots around the Ocean. These spots offer various rewards, including some rare items like Seaweed and Clams.
