Twitch megastar Kai Cenat calls out critics on X, claiming that users get paid to push an ‘agenda’ against him.
In a stream on January 30, 2025, Twitch megastar Kai Cenat called out certain pages on X. He alleged that these pages are on a payroll to push an agenda against him. For context, a video went viral on X featuring an individual claiming that Kai scammed their village out of funds meant for building a school. However, it was later revealed that the individual was a creator of Cameo who was reportedly paid to make the video. A user on X called out pages for pushing “Kai Cenat hate agendas.” Kai reacted to this post on his livestream and stated:
“Y’all gotta understand something that’s going on bro, these n****s is on payroll to push a certain agenda that is not true and its f**ked up. You feel me? and I don’t even know why it’s been like this bro.”

In November 2024, Kai Cenat announced plans to build a school in Makoko, Nigeria. He committed to donating 20% of the revenue from his 30-day “Mafiathon 2” livestream to fund this project. He credited popular VTuber Ironmouse’s charity stream as his inspiration. Cenat shared updates in December 2024, stating that the construction of the building had started. Users on X previously accused Kai of using Mafiathon funds for shopping with his girlfriend instead of building the school.

Users React to Kai Cenat’s “Hate Agenda”
Users have alleged that pages on X are pushing a certain hate agenda against Kai by spreading misinformation. After Kai addressed the claims on his stream, many fans seemingly agreed with the streamer. A user on X called @clippedszn pointed out that the individual who made the video was a creator on Cameo, while many called out the page for spreading misinformation multiple times.

“That account is known to post fake and miss leading information he also pays for fake posters promoting fake streams, I say we take a stand and as a community and call him out on his bs,” wrote @flexedera.
