You must protect Suchdol from the enemy army. In this guide, we will go through the Kingdom Come Deliverance 2′ Besieged quest.
Besieged takes place right after the So It Begins quest. It is the 28th quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, which takes place in the latter half of the game’s story. The mission starts after you successfully defend Suchdol from the enemy’s night attack. In the beginning, Zizka will call for you and ask you for your help in an important matter, you must help your Suchdol withstand the siege.
There are a lot of objectives, from interrogating and sabotaging the enemies to leading a raid, you get to do it all. Now, we will look more in-depth at the Besieged quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.
How To Complete The Besieged Quest In Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
At the start of the quest, Zizka asks you to take three of your companions and burn the enemy camp to ash the Prague army with Dry Devil. You will have to be careful about the men you choose because not all of them will survive the raid. Your options will be spread throughout the castle.
Now, it is the time to speak to your men. Knacker Wolfram will be in the infirmary. You will find Samuel and Kubayenka sitting in the west of the courtyard, they will be sitting on a bench. And lastly, Janek and Jaroslav will be standing guard at the outer gates.
Interrogate The Prisoner
First, you will need to help Dry Devil interrogate your prisoner. He will be in the cellar on the northeast side of the courtyard. You will have a lot of different methods of pursuing your prisoner during the interrogation. You can use violence or your speech to convince the prisoner to give you the information you want, or you can just let Dry Devil take charge.
When you are successful, the prisoner will tell you that Vauquelin Brabant is behind the Prague Army. Press him a little more, and he will tell you that only sabotaging the army supplies won’t work; you should hit their ammo depot and smithy instead. The smithy will be in the village. And if it is destroyed, they won’t be able to produce weapons and armor. Now, pick your three men for the raid and discuss it with Hans. He will be on the wall to the south.
Raid The Enemy Camp
Once the raid starts, focus on covering your allies and use your crossbow or any range weapon to eliminate the enemy marksmen. If you do not have a ranged weapon, ask Hans, and he will give you one. But be careful that you don’t hit your men. Keep pressuring the right side with your attacks. When the enemy marksmen are dead, the army will raise the alarm.
Now, the fight will become much more difficult because the heavily armored shield division named Pavisiers will start attacking. Kill as many Pavisiers as you can to increase the chances of your allies’s survival. The entire raid will depend on how well you can keep the enemy’s attention on you. Shortly after, a cutscene will trigger, and Dry Devil will set the enemy camp on fire.
Speak To Zizka
Dry Devil will come back and report to you after the raid and how it went, including if you lost any of your men and not. After that, go to Zizka and tell him everything. Now, sleep in your bed, and it will start a cutscene. Then you will wake up on the 25th day of the siege, and that will mark the end of the Besieged quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and begin The Hunger and Despair.
