As the Compulsion Games statement confirms, South of Midnight will be available in a digital format only.
Additionally, you can also play the game if you have an active Game Pass subscription on Xbox or PC. South of Midnight will be available to all Game Pass subscribers on day one when it launches on April 8, 2025.

No, there is not a Collector’s Edition for South of Midnight that contains the game or any physical items for purchase. Nor are there any pre-order bonuses available if you buy the game before it releases.
