How To Find and Pray at Takasago Shrine in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Assassin’s Creed Shadows offers a vast open map filled with many activities you can take on. One of the more peaceful activities is praying at various shrine locations all around the world of AC Shadows.

The Takasago Shrine is one of several sacred places where players can go and pray to earn rewards that can help in character progression. Here’s a guide to help you locate and pray at the Takasago Shrine in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Location of the Takasago Shrine in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Takasago Shrine you are looking for is inside Kakogawa Estuary. However, this is a hostile area on the southeastern side of the Harima Region. The city you are looking for is directly facing the ocean and is surrounded by rivers, turning it into a small island. Additionally, you can start from Amagasaki and go directly west to find the city of Kakogawa Estuary.

How To Pray at the Takasago Shrine in Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

Takasago Shrine consists of four smaller shrines that you need to pray at to receive the rewards from this activity. You do have to be careful of the roaming guards around the area, as they will attack you on sight while you are in this city. The locations you will need to pray at are close to each other, so it won’t take a lot of time to visit each one.

The first location you must pray at is on the southeastern side of the Takasago Shrine. Enter the Takasago Shrine from the southern gate and look east to find the first shrine. Moreover, you should use the Observation function to locate the shrines, as they glow with a white orb.

After praying at the first location, head back to the path at the entrance and go up the stairs to pray at the main shrine in the middle of the area. From here, go to the left side of the building you just prayed at and head northwest. The third shrine won’t be very far.

Once you are done praying at the third shrine, you have to go to the back of the main building in the middle. From your current location, head northeast and go up the stairs, past the wooden wall hugging the boundary of the Takasago Shrine. Keep walking on the path while hugging the perimeter wall to find the last shrine you have to pay respect to.
