Fire Aspect is an enchantment that is only available for swords in Minecraft. With this on your sword, you can light your enemies on fire with sword attacks. Moreover, mobs that drop raw meat will drop cooked meat when slain with a Fire Aspect-enchanted sword. Two levels of Fire Aspect deal three and seven hearts of damage at Level I and Level II, respectively.

Feather Falling is a very handy enchantment that you can apply to your boots. Falling to death in Minecraft is a very common way to die, but this enchantment can save you countless times. The maximum level you can reach is Feather Falling IV, which can reduce your fall damage by up to 48%, with a 12% increase at each level starting from Level I.

3) Riptide

Riptide is a useful enchantment when it comes to traversal. This is a Trident-exclusive enchantment that shoots the player in the direction they are looking, but only when they are in contact with water. There are three levels of Riptide, with each level allowing you to travel further.

Using Riptide III is one of the fastest ways to traverse in Minecraft when you are in water or during rain in the air. You can cover a few hundred blocks within seconds with a Trident enchanted with Riptide.

2) Protection

This is the best enchantment that you must have on every piece of armor that you wear. Wearing armor in Minecraft generally gives you armor value, which reduces some form of physical and ranged damage. However, Protection reduces damage taken from every type of damage source that ignores armor value. There are only a few exceptions, such as hunger, sonic blasts from Wardens, and damage taken from the Void.

1) Mending

Mending is, without a doubt, the best and most useful enchantment that you can have on any of your equipment. As you know, every item has a durability bar, and with every use of the equipment, the durability bar goes down. You have to either give up on that weapon and let it break or repair it with materials that progressively get costlier.

With Mending, weapons automatically repair themselves as you gain experience points from killing mobs. You can create XP farms to instantly repair any equipment that you have. This means you won’t ever have to part with your favorite Netherite sword that has all the best enchantments in the game ever again.
