Most weapons are much harder to get, especially since some are rewards for boss battles or require purchasing the Deluxe Edition. Head for one of the tall towers at the Cloudspire Outskirts.
Start from the Snowy Passage, then follow the path to the left. Keep following it until you see a ladder that will take you up to the tower’s highest point. Once you are at the top, look around for a locked chest. Interact with the chest, and you can pick up the Gunpowder Spear for free.
