Where Can You Find the Merchant’s Boots in Wuchang Fallen Feathers?
You can get the Merchant’s Boots from the remains of He Youzai. This is an NPC who has history with Bai Wuchang and knows her past about being a fierce pirate warrior. You will find him in different areas, and you can interact with him to progress his lengthy side quest. He is a merchant by profession and has the full Merchant Set equipped.
After you defeat Zhu Youjian, head back to the Worship’s Rise in Ruins area in the Reverent Temple. He, Youzai, will succumb to the Feathering, but this is part of his quest progression. Interact with his remains and loot the Merchant’s Boots along with the full set.
