Where Can You Find the Panda Hood in Wuchang Fallen Feathers?
Unlike other items that can be purchased from merchants, such as Wu Gang and Tao Qing, the Panda Hood can be acquired from an actual panda. This is a special vendor that sells a variety of items like weapons and armor pieces. However, the only difference is that he will only accept Bamboo Shoots instead of Red Mercury. You can find the Panda vendor in the following areas:
