Wuchang Fallen Feathers features a robust combat system where each weapon has its own skill tree. As a result, each weapon also has its distinct gameplay styles. Some prefer smaller numbers with high agility, while others are slow but deal big damage outputs. Each weapon can have two special skills — one tied to the particular weapon, and the other is called a Discipline.

In simple terms, Discipline is a special skill move for a weapon in Wuchang Fallen Feathers. You need to unlock these from the Impetus Repository (skill tree) and equip them to your desired weapon. In this article, we will explain everything you need to know about Disciplines and how they function.

Discipline is a special skill move for a weapon in Wuchang Fallen Feathers. Each weapon has two usable skills in the game — its default skill and a Discipline. By default, each weapon type will have the most basic Discipline attached to it. As and when you unlock more from the Impetus Repository, you can equip them on your weapon.

You can only have one Discipline on a weapon at any given point in Wuchang Fallen Feathers. Based on the Discipline, you may or may not need Skyborn Might to use it. Check the cost of each skill directly when you unlock it, denoted by the bright blue diamonds. Some Disciplines do not necessarily require Skyborn Might to work. However, you can greatly increase their potency if you have any of its stacks active.

You can unlock Disciplines from a weapon’s skill tree in the Impetus Repository of Wuchang Fallen Feathers. Each weapon has its own set of Disciplines that cannot be used with any other weapon. Once you unlock a node for a Discipline, it will open two adjoining paths. Both are nodes that affect the Discipline and improve or enhance it.

How To Equip or Change Discipline in Wuchang Fallen Feathers

You can only equip or change your Discipline from a Shrine in Wuchang Fallen Feathers. Once you reach a Shrine, follow these steps to equip or change a Discipline:

  • Interact with the Shrine and select the Discipline option.
  • Select the weapon on which you want to equip a Discipline.
  • Once selected, you will be able to see all available Disciplines for that weapon. Select your desired one.

If you already have a Discipline equipped on your weapon, your new choice will overwrite it. All enhancements to a Discipline that you unlock from the skill tree are automatically applied.
