How To Get Kessime’s Legacy
Almost every unique item drops frequently after reaching level 60. Players can target farm Lord Zir and other Ladder/Uber Bosses to increase the chances of dropping Kessime’s Legacy. Here are other ways to acquire this unique item:
- Nightmare Dungeons usually drop unique items, and the possibility of getting Kessime’s Legacy as a reward is quite good.
- Spend the Murmuring Obols to roll the Purveyor of Curiosity, and this might do the trick.
- Players can acquire these unique pants by participating in world events like World Boss fights and Gathering Legions.
- Helltide Chests are another source of getting Kessime’s Legacy as a reward.
Features of Kessime’s Legacy
These pants enhance the Blood Wave skill of Necromancers. Not only do they boost its damage, but they also alter the very nature of the skill. When equipped, a Necromancer can generate two Blood Waves instead of just one. These waves pull enemies in and explode, dealing significant damage. Additionally, the remaining Blood Waves deal 5-10% increased damage to enemies struck by the Blood Wave. Moreover, this increased damage stacks up to 150-300%, which makes it much stronger. As if that weren’t enough, these pants also reduce the cooldown of the Blood Wave skill, making them the perfect choice for the Necromancer class.
- Increases the ultimate damage by 187-300%.
- When fortified, increases the damage reduction by 9.5-12%.
- Casting Blood Wave fortifies the player for 70% of their maximum life.
- Reduces the Blood Wave skill cooldown by 16-25%.
- Increases the chances for Blood Wave to deal double damage by 23.5-35%.
