Although this daily reset can be frustrating, the developers offer certain permanent options, allowing players to retain their progress. Where To Find Upgrade Disks in Blue Prince?
Upgrade Disk is a rare item scattered across the Mt. Holy estate. Obtaining them can be challenging as they are usually located in secret or hidden areas. The following are some locations where you can find an Upgrade Disk. However, this doesn’t mean these are the only locations you can get them. They may also be found in other locations of the estate, which will be updated in this guide as new locations are discovered.

How To Use Upgrade Disks in Blue Prince
Once you have collected an Upgrade Disk, you need to find a terminal system. It can be found in the Security, Laboratory, Office, and Shelter. Head to one of these locations (draft one if you don’t have any of them). Once you get to the terminal at any of the above locations, you will receive a special interaction prompt to insert the Upgrade Disk.
Inserting the disk brings up the upgrade option for a randomly chosen room. While you can’t choose which room gets the upgrade, you can still choose the type of upgrade you want. You can pick from three options to permanently upgrade the specific room. These upgrades usually involve increasing your chances of solving a puzzle or obtaining items, increasing the rewards you get, or offering any other buffs.
