Blue Prince Master Bedroom Puzzle Box Solution Guide

 Along your journey of brainstorming and solving puzzles, you may run into the Master Bedroom puzzle box. This Mora Jai box is similar to the ones you found earlier but is the trickiest of the bunch. Solving this puzzle grants you an Allowance Token, which increases your daily gold earnings, making subsequent runs easier. Therefore, as difficult as this puzzle box may seem, it is one you can’t avoid at any cost.

How To Solve the Master Bedroom Puzzle Box in Blue Prince

As you draft and enter the Master Bedroom, you will notice the Mora Jai puzzle box resting on the table to your left. The Collector’s Copy pamphlet next to the box gives hints on the puzzle’s solution as well as the general mechanics of the box.

The box has a 3×3 grid of white and grey tiles, of which the white tiles act as buttons. Each time you press a button, you change the color of the tile you press and the surrounding tiles. Your goal is to make all four corners of the grid white. If you mess up, press the buttons on the corner of the box, outside the grid, to reset.

Now that you know the rules, you can start solving this puzzle box. To make this easier, we’ve marked the tiles from 1 to 9. 

• Tiles 1 and 3 are white by default. 
• First, press 9. This will turn tile 9 gray while turning 8 and 6 white. 
• Then, press tile 8, which will turn 9, 7, and 5 white. 
• All four corners are now white, so press the corner buttons outside the grid to solve the puzzle and open the box.
