In The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), Rallying Cry is an Elite gear set for players focused on group support and survivability in both PvP and PvE scenarios. Rallying Cry contains light armor, jewelry, and all weapon types. You gain significant set bonuses when you equip between two and five items from the set.

Where To Get the Rallying Cry Set in Elder Scrolls Online
You can obtain items of the Rallying Cry set from boxes obtained as a reward for completing delves, missions, and daily quests in Cyrodiil. Additionally, you can buy some of its items from vendors.
Vendors
You can buy the “Unidentified Rallying Cry Item” from Elite Gear Vendors for 20,000 Alliance Points to obtain a random item from the set of at least Epic quality. These vendors are located in the main faction cities around Cyrodiil as well as in Battlegrounds.
The Golden Vendor has sold the Rallying Cry Ring and Necklace during Golden Vendor Week in the past. Buying the “Unidentified Rallying Cry Item” from Elite Gear Vendors is the most reliable way to quickly complete your Rallying Cry set.
Drops
In the PvP-enabled zone of Cyrodiil, clear delves to get the Rallying Cry Waist or Feet piece. Taking part in a battle at one of the Dolmens in Cyrodiil has a chance to reward you with the set’s Jewelry items.
Scout and Bounty missions have a chance to reward you with most of the armor pieces, including Shoulders, Hands, Chest, Head, Legs, Waist, or Feet items. Battle and Warfront missions can drop the set’s weapons. You also have a chance to receive Rallying Cry items by completing daily quests in Cropsford, Cheydinhal, and Chorrol.
Rallying Cry Set Stats in Elder Scrolls Online
Rallying Cry is a light armor set that provides bonuses to Magicka recovery, critical chance, and, more importantly, grants a group-wide buff. When the wearer critically heals themselves or an ally, Rallying Cry increases the critical resistance and weapon or spell damage of all group members within a certain range. Here are all the stat bonuses you can expect to gain from the set:
- 2 items: +657 Critical Chance
- 3 items: +1096 Maximum Magicka
- 4 items: +657 Critical Chance
- 5 items: If Battle Spirit is active and you critically heal, you and group members within 12 meters gain 300 Weapon and Spell Damage for 20 seconds and 1650 Critical Resistance. For every group member affected, Critical Resistance decreases by 83, and Weapon and Spell Damage are reduced by 15.
The bonuses from Rallying Cry do not stack. If you are already buffed by it, a new Rallying Cry effect will refresh its duration.
