You can produce Industrial-Grade Lubricant at the Small Chemical Refinery with the following resources:

Water (15): Acquired by various means such as Blood Purifier, Dew Reaper, Windtrap, and Fremen Deathstill.
Fuel Cell (8): Gathered from the Scavenger Camps around the rocky mountain areas.
Silicone Block (4): Collect Flour Sand from white sand patches using Static Compactor, then refine it at the Small Chemical Refinery.
Spice Residue (5): Obtained from the POI zones at the Eastern Shield Wall or crafted at the Spice Refinery using Spice Sand.

After gathering all the required materials, interact with the Small Chemical Refinery to produce 10 units of Industrial-Grade Lubricant.

The Wind Turbine Directional is an advanced power generator, capable of producing 350 power, which you can then re-route to various base production structures. Depositing multiple lubricants increases the turbine’s uptime, keeping it functional for a long time.
