The Wayward Oni Raiders is a bounty you can complete in Ghost of Yotei. This quest is located on the Oshima Coast area of the map. Completing this bounty will let you transition to another quest, The New Lord Bounty. This mission is pretty straightforward and rewards a good amount of coins. However, knowing where to start the mission can be a bit tricky, especially if you are not familiar with the region.

How To Start Wayward Oni Raiders Bounty in Ghost of Yotei
Before anything else, you first need to complete the Shiro the Swindler quest. You can find this within the Ishikari Region. Afterward, accept the quest in the Matsumae Residence Bounty Board.
How To Complete Wayward Oni Raiders Bounty in Ghost of Yotei
The goal of this quest is to take down a group known as the Oni Raiers. However, keep in mind that it’s nearly impossible to complete this quest using stealth. Make the best preparations to fight these enemies head-on.
Travel to Lord Kato’s Estate
Once you accept the bounty quest, make your way to Lord Kato. A yellow marker will be shown on the map once you start the quest. Simply follow the marker and it will lead to the Matsumae Residence, where you will find him. In there, you will know about the Oni Raiders, your targets for this bounty.
Make Your Way to the Oni Raiders Camp
You can find the camp where the Oni Raiders are settling in the Atago Ricefields. Once there, they will immediately become hostile to you. There are enemies blocking the entrance. Moreover, there are many more that await you as you head inside the camp.

Defeat All Oni Raiders
Take down all the Onic Raiders and clear the camp with hostiles. Dealing with multiple enemies at once can be hard to pull off. If possible, use range weapons to keep your distance and stay safe. Once there are fewer enemies left, you can go for melee combat.
Return to Lord Kato
Once you are done clearing the camp of Oni Raiders, travel back to the Matsumae Castle. Find Lord Kato’s Estate and interact with him to complete the bounty quest. Afterwards, you receive rewards.
Rewards For Completing Wayward Oni Raiders Bounty in Ghost of Yotei
Completing the Wayward Oni Raiders Bounty in Ghost of Yotei will reward you with 750 Coins. Additionally, completing this quest will also unlock The New Lord Bounty quest. The chain quest continues your hunt for Oni Raiders in other locations of the map.
