How to Get Cinder Shoes in BG3? Explained
You can purchase Cinder Shoes from a vendor named Blurg who can be found in the Myconid Colony in the Underdark. A quick way to get into the Underdark is to use the Well found in the Blighted Village. However, at least one of your characters will need to pass a DC10 Intelligence check in order to be able to discover the well. Once down inside there will be lots of spider enemies, in addition to a Phase Spider Matriach you can choose to fight.

Head west over to find the Whispering Depth waypoint. Near there should be a open chasm. Cast Feather Fall or consume a Feather Fall potion BEFORE jumping in. This will land you safely in the Underdark. Head northwest and you should find the Myconid Colony. You’ll have to pass a DC 5 Charisma check in order to convince them that you’re a friendly sort, and they’ll allow you in. You’ll find Blurg just a little to the north of the Colony waypoint.

If this is your first time speaking to Blurg there will be some story dialogue and an interesting character to meet. The conversation may end automatically, but you can immediately click to speak to Blurg again and get the option to ask if he has anything interesting to trade.
How to Use the Cinder Shoes in BG3?

The Cinder Shoes are very good on specific builds like Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer or Evocation Wizard which rely on fire damage early with spells like Scorching Ray, Buring Breath and Fireball. Additionally, you should also try to equip the Thermoarcanic Gloves and even the Ring of Self Immolation to help you build even more stacks of Heat.
You’ll want to be careful with a Heat build, because your character will take fire damage each turn. Therefore, make sure to drink an Elixir of Fire Resistance each long rest to cut that damage in half.
