You can get the Amulet of Misty Step from the Glided chest located in the Prisstes Gut quarters inside the Shattered Sanctum during Act 1. Shattered Sanctum is an old Selune temple in ruins and taken over by goblins so that you can find the entrance in the Goblinc camp through the Heavy Oak Dorrs (X: -104 Y: 462). Once inside, depending on your choices, Goblins will be hostile or friendly. Regardless, you can loot the Amulet any time, so head north and from the throne room where you first encounter the goblin’s leader, Priestess Gut, turn left and enter her quarters.
Once inside True-Soul Gut Quarters, you’ll meet an orc, a personal Priestess’s guard. You may need to steal the amulet from a chest when the guard is not looking in your direction. However, if you decide to kill all goblins, there are no obstacles for you to claim the amulet.
