Therefore, the Longbow allows the player to consecutively use your strongest damage skills over and over up to three times. You’ll also be able to control your targets at range by accessing Roots. How to Obtain and Upgrade Longbow
To get a Longbow in Throne and Liberty, obtain them from merchants, quest rewards, or crafting. Stats of your item are increased by upgrading gear in Throne and Liberty. Create an epic quality Growthstone by mixing several rare quality Growthstones. To upgrade Growthstone into a high-tier Growthstone, you need to same quality Growthstone to be merged. Create multiple lower-quality growthstones by dissolving higher-quality Growthstones. As mentioned earlier, these Growthstones are required to upgrade the weapon, including the Longbow in the game. Your EXP bar for the Longbow will be filled by using Growthstone. Longbow will move to its next level when its bar is filled.
For example, your dagger requires “Weapon Growthstone” with a grey quality because our Dagger is grey quality. Growthstones of high quality are difficult to find. Defense Skills
The defensive skill for the Longbow is overtaker:
Defends against attacks. On defending against a Fury Attack with Overtaker while stationary, Magic, Melee, and Ranged Defense increase by 100 for 3s (up to 5 stacks), and Overtaker changes to Agile Shot for 3s. Increases Magic, Melee, and Ranged Critical Hit by 410 for 5s, if a Fury Attack was defended within 0.5s. Use with the directional buttons to defend against attacks while moving 4m in the designated direction for 0.5s. On defending against a Fury Attack, Overtaker changes to Swift Evasion for 3s. The next skill attack that hits within 5s also lands as a Critical Hit.
Agile Shot: Deals 525% of Base Damage + 294 if the shot was fired without moving.
Use with the directional buttons to use the skill while moving. For this case, deals 175% of Base Damage + 98 with a 80% chance to Bind the target for 3s.
Swift Evasion: Moves 8m in the designated direction. Magic, Melee, and Ranged Evasion increase by 970 for 2s.
Mastery Tree
The Longbow Weapon Mastery is broken into three skill trees: Sniping, Check, and Support. Sniping is the best Weapon Mastery choice for the Longbow due to its damage bonuses. However, Check and be helpful for regeneration and support for healing.
Weapon Mastery is a system that gives you experience for your weapon that is equipped proportional to the experience earned. Thus, at the start of the game, Weapon Mastery points are limited, but you will start earning more as your experience per kill and quest increase with level and zones. The best off-hand weapon combination with the Longbow is Dagger, Crossbow, Staff, or Wand. The Longbow + Dagger combination is helpful for burst damage and stealth. The Longbow + Crossbow is a great range pairing with high mobility. Longbow and Staff give you much more area damage (AOE).
