The Sword and Shield, much like any other common weapon in the game, can be purchased from one of the Merchants. To get the Common Sword and Shield, make your way to Kastleton. Here, you will find various Merchants and Artisans that you can interact with. Look for the Equipment Merchant.
You can browse through the Equipment Merchant’s wares to find the Cast Iron Sword. This will be your first Sword and Shield weapon in the game.
