Throne and Liberty has a fair number of puzzles that you have to solve while playing the game. Some of these puzzles are rather cryptic, and you might need to use expert problem-solving skills to get past them. You will encounter the Moon Puzzle in “At the Lycan’s Hall” as a part of the Chapter 10 main quest, called “Nightmare Deja Vu”.

In this article, we will explain how you can solve the Moon Puzzle in At The Lycan’s Hall in Throne and Liberty and progress in these quests.

The Moon Puzzle is divided into two parts, and here is how you can solve them easily:

After you interact with Clay, yellow and blue fragments of the moon will pop up at the center, and they will go and attach themselves to the six surrounding pillars. There will be six parts in total:

  • Yellow Crescent Moon
  • Yellow Half Moon
  • Yellow Three-quarters Moon
  • Blue Crescent Moon
  • Blue Half Moon
  • Blue Three-quarters Moon

The pillars will start rotating as the moon fragments attach themselves to them. You must keep an eye out for two specific moon fragments: the Yellow Half Moon and the Blue Half Moon.

Once the pillars have stopped rotating, head to the Yellow Half Moon’s pillar and interact with it. The moon fragment on this pillar will start to glow, and all the pillars will start rotating again. You must keep track of the pillar with the Blue Half Moon fragment when this happens.

When the pillars have again stopped, go and interact with the pillar that had the Blue Half Moon. This will complete the sequence of having both the moon fragments together, which will solve this section of the puzzle.

Solution to Second Part of Moon Puzzle in At Lycan’s Hall

The second part of the moon puzzle might seem more complicated, but it is actually a game of memory. Once you finish the dialogue sequence with Clay, six moon fragments will appear on five more pillars, spread throughout the room. Take a screenshot of the moon fragments on all of these pillars, as it will greatly help you. These moon fragments will disappear shortly after they attach themselves to the pillars.

Next, interact with the central stone in front of Clay, and you will have a moon fragment on you. In total, there will be six moon fragments. You will have to complete the entire moon here, and here are the rules that you need to follow:

  • If you have the Blue Half Moon fragment, interact with the Yellow Half Moon Fragment pillar.
  • If you have the Blue Three-quarters Moon fragment, interact with the Yellow Crescent Moon fragment pillar.
  • If you have the Blue Crescent Moon fragment, interact with the Yellow Three-quarters Moon fragment pillar.

For Yellow moon fragments, simply head to the blue fragment by following the same rules as above.

Keep repeating the steps till you get a Full Moon.

Keep repeating these steps till you have one full moon, and then interact with the central structure once again.

Note that this part of the puzzle needs to be completed within a stipulated time. Morph into a wolf to make the traversal between two pillars faster. With that, you have successfully solved the Moon Puzzle in At Lycan’s Hall in Throne and Liberty.
