Throne and Liberty has a massive collection of enemies for players to fight, with these foes varying in difficulty. Among the long list of enemies you face, the Guild Bosses are certainly one of the highlights. These bosses can spawn in the open world as well as during Guild Raid activities. Chernobog is one such Guild Boss in Throne and Liberty, classified as a level 34 boss in the game. It is advised that you and your Guild members are ranked up appropriately before facing this powerful foe.

You can find Chernobog at the Abandoned Stonemason Town in the game’s open world. However, once your Guild reaches level 12, you can face Chernobog through the Guild Hall. In this article, we will break down what attacks you need to keep an eye out for during your battle with Chernobog as well as the rewards you can earn for defeating this imposing enemy.

What are Chernobog’s Attacks in Throne and Liberty?

The fight against Chernobog heavily relies on the boss unleashing melee attacks that are laced with poison. While these attacks can be avoided easily, the boss has another trick up its sleeve. Chernobog can, at times, burrow underground and then reappear at one of the players’ locations. If a player is hit by Chernobog reappearing, they will take damage and be stunned briefly. Additionally, Chernobog can unleash its Fury Attack. During this attack, the boss smashes its heavy tail multiple times. You need to avoid standing behind the boss to stay away from this attack.

During the second phase, the boss will once again use its burrowing mechanic. However, now the boss reappears multiple times. Every reappearance of the boss deals physical as well as poison damage. With the final resurfacing, the boss lunges high into the air. For this, you need to have your Glide form ready so you don’t die from fall damage. Chernobog also has a cone attack that uses a deadly gas that turns players into stone, leaving them to be eliminated by the boss.
