Some regions are locked behind main quests, and you must progress through the story to unlock them. Moreover, you will have to recruit many other allies to help you get to these locations. As you enter Act III, you will walk towards the endgame missions. While doing so, you might miss an item named Journal 60, and hence we are here.

Location of Journal 60 in Clair Obscur Expedition 33
Act III of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 consists of endgame missions. However, you were not the only team that arrived at these locations. Many other expeditions came and recorded their experiences in their specific expedition journals. Journal 60 is one of these items that can only be collected with the help of Esquie.

Once you start the third act, you will eventually come across the Opera House expedition flag. As the name suggests, this flag is situated at the Opera House. All you need to do is follow the right path and get to the end of the narrow walkway. Press the prompt button so Esquie can grab the Expedition 60 Journal from the water. Additionally, you can grab some extra chroma if you go left instead of right.
