Why You Should Get the Loaded Question Fusion Rifle
Loaded Question is a strong Fusion Rifle that has traits that make it do more damage and reload while stowed. This weapon is good for PvE since Fusion Rifles are used for burst damage very good against champions. In PvP Loaded Question has very good range and traits that allow extra accuracy based on on having a lower magazine.
How to get Loaded Question God Roll in Destiny 2
To get Loaded Question in Destiny 2, players will need to do Nightfalls in the Vanguard Playlist. Nightfalls, especially at the higher difficulties, have a chance to drop specific weapons based on the week that you do them. When Grandmasters open up toward the end of the season, the Adept version of these weapons can be acquired. Adept versions of these weapons get +3 to all of their stats when Masterworked and gain the ability to use Adept mods, which are typically much better than their normal counterparts.

Barrel: For our barrel we want to use Hammer-Forged Rifling. This barrel adds an extra +10 to our range stat. Having extra range allows you to have a lower damage falloff when attacking enemies at longer ranges.
Magazine: In our magazine slot we want to have Liquid Coils. Liquid Coils gives the weapon extra damage but also increases the charge time slightly. Since this is a High-Impact Frame Fusion Rifle we want it to the do the most amount of damage in a single burst.
Column 3 Trait: For our Column 3 Trait we want to have Auto-Loading Holster. Auto-Loading Holster allows you to reload the weapon while it is not equipped/stowed. This trait allows you to fire your weapon and switch to another one while you wait for this weapon to reload automatically. This Trait is not improved by the reload stat it is a fixed time that you will hear when the gun is finished reloading.
Column 4 Trait: In our final column we want to use Controlled Burst. This is a new trait that if you land every bolt fired from the fusion rifle your next shots will take less time to charge and do more damage. This trait is fantastic for this weapon because it fixes its only downside being the slow charge time.
Origin Trait: Final blows with this weapon grant a small amount of health.
Masterwork: For our Masterwork we want charge time. Charge time lowers the required amount of time needed for this weapon to fire its shot.
Mods: In our mod slot we want to use Major spec. Major spec increases damage to orange health enemies and champions.
Conclusion: This weapon is a very good weapon for taking down high health targets. The Adept version of this weapon will be better slightly since it has access to the adept mods. Despite that this weapon can perform very good in PvE. The high damage that this weapon can do is very good for doing damage to bosses and minibosses.

Column 3 Trait: For this spot we want Under Pressure. This Trait gives you more accuracy and stability as the magazine gets lower. In PvP you will always start with 2 bullets for your weapon so the trait Under Pressure will always be active.
Column 4 Trait: In or final spot we want to use Harmony. Harmony will increase the weapons damage so long as we get a kill with our other weapons. This trait is great in PvP since you will not have a lot of ammo to benefit from other damage traits. This will allow you to one burst most Guardians at longer ranges since the damage has gone up.
Origin Trait: Final blows with this weapon grant a small amount of health.
Masterwork: For our Masterwork we want charge time. Charge time lowers the required amount of time needed for this weapon to fire its shot.
Mods: In our mod slot you want to use Counterbalance Stock. This mod allows you to control the recoil of this weapon so you can land every bolt against your target.
Conclusion: High-Impact frames fusion rifles can do tons of damage in PvP but require a charge time. You need to play passively with this weapon so you can get the most value for it. You will need to pre charge this weapon around corners in order to kill enemies or they will kill you first while you are charging it.
