If you’ve been hoarding those event tickets after the holidays you’ll want to see what’s in store next as ESO Announces New 2024 Morphing Collectible!
New ESO 2024 Morphing Collectible
With the new year comes a change in the morphing collectibles players can earn by turning in Event Tickets, and 2024 brings the new Molag Bal Illusion Imp Pet to ESO! Long time players will be well familiar with the regular in-game events that ESO has through-out the year. Typically there is a new one about once a month. Furthermore, there are often unique reward boxes players can earn and sometimes there are XP or harvesting boosts for extra bonuses!
The one thing that all events have in common (at least since 2018) is that you can earn Event Tickets. Usually by completing one specific task related to the theme of the event itself. You can hold up to 12 of these tickets at a time, and they can be traded into the the Impresario for special prizes! The morphing pets are quite popular. You can collect the base pet, but through out the year can also morph it into additional prizes!
Molag Bal, Daedric Prince of Brutality and Domination, has long been a menace to Tamriel. This year, throughout ESO’s 2024 in-game events, you can exchange your Event Tickets for a semblance of the Daedric Prince via this year’s morphing collectible, the Molag Bal Illusion Imp pet!
ZOS Announcement Post
ESO Fragments to Collect and First Morph
As the instructions from the official ZOS post state, you’ll need to collect these first three fragments to get the Molag Bal pet:
- Anchor Chain Fragment
- Dark Anchor Pinion
- Effigy of the Dominator
To purchase these fragments with your Event Tickets, just visit the Impresario during any of her appearances throughout the year. Once you have all three fragments, combine them in your Collections to unlock the Molog Bal Illusion Imp pet.
Finally, during the in-game events for the first quarter of the year, you’ll also be able to collect the first set of fragments you can use to morph the Molog Bal pet into something else. While we don’t yet know what exactly those three new fragments will be called, we do know that the first additional collectible will be the Planemeld’s Master Body and Face Markings.
