Nata is the most mysterious character in Monster Hunter Wilds or MHWilds. Nothing much is known about him apart from his connection to Arkveld and him becoming a part of the hunter’s Avis Unit.

What Is Nata’s Role in Monster Hunter Wilds Story?

Nata’s involvement in the game’s main story has been kept tightly under wraps.

From the recent MHWilds previews, we know that the game begins with his village being destroyed by Arkveld in the Forgotten Lands. Nata escapes and is found in the desert by the Guild. We and others are tasked to investigate the matter with Nata in tow.

For now, we have no idea regarding quests and interactions surrounding Nata in MHWilds.

Where To Find Nata in MHWilds

Nata can be found in the Windward Plains’ base camp near the hunter’s tent. In the game’s first few hours as seen in the previews, Nata can be seen accompanying the hunter and his unit as the story moves ahead.

Nata Notes & Trivia in MHW

The Guild’s surprise at finding Nata and learning about people living in the Forbidden Lands is a nice touch to the overall history of the Monster Hunter series. How Nata plays into the whole story will be really interesting to see.
